ABI Logistic Services LLC provides procurement coordination, purchasing assistance, and vendor facilitation services for approved business clients and organizations. By using our website or requesting services, you agree to the following terms.
ABI acts solely as a procurement and sourcing partner. We do not operate as a shipping company, freight forwarder, or transportation provider. Any delivery or logistics services are performed by independent certified shipping agencies or authorized third-party partners.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate product information, lawful purchase requests, and compliance with applicable U.S. export regulations and destination-country laws. ABI reserves the right to decline transactions that do not meet compliance or verification requirements. Service fees apply to sourcing, purchasing assistance, and procurement coordination. Once services have been performed or orders have been placed with suppliers, fees may be non-refundable.
ABI Logistic Services LLC maintains compliance with financial regulations, anti-money laundering standards, and payment provider policies. Additional verification may be required for certain transactions. Use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Return Policy

ABI Logistic Services LLC provides procurement and purchasing assistance services and does not manufacture, sell, or ship products directly. Returns, exchanges, or refunds for goods are subject to the policies of the original retailer, supplier, or certified third-party shipping agency involved in the transaction. If ABI places an order on behalf of a client, return requests must be submitted for review before contacting the supplier.
Eligibility for returns depends on the vendor’s conditions and may include restocking fees or additional charges. Service fees related to sourcing, purchasing coordination, consulting, or administrative work are non-refundable once services have been completed or orders have been placed.
Clients must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos and documentation. ABI may assist with communication, but does not control final return or refund decisions.
