Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy

ABI Logistic Services LLC follows strict compliance standards when reviewing purchase requests.
Certain items cannot be requested, purchased, or assisted with under any circumstance due to legal, regulatory, safety, or supplier restrictions.

All requests are screened, and any order that does not meet internal or regulatory guidelines will be declined.
 

 Prohibited Categories (Not Allowed Under Any Circumstance)

ABI Logistic Services LLC does not support procurement or purchasing assistance for:

• Weapons, firearms, firearm parts, or any weapon-related accessories

• Ammunition, explosive materials, or military-grade equipment

• Controlled chemicals, lab equipment classified as regulated, or hazardous substances

• Narcotics, illegal drugs, tobacco products, or vaping equipment

• Prescription medication, pharmaceuticals, medical treatments, or regulated health devices

• Human biological materials or genetic testing kits

• Items related to espionage, covert surveillance, or law-enforcement-only equipment

• Cryptocurrency mining equipment, hardware wallets, or digital currency infrastructure

• Products intended for misuse, circumvention, illegal activity, or regulatory evasion

• Any product considered illegal in the client’s destination country or applicable jurisdiction
   

 Restricted or Case-by-Case Approval Items

Some items require additional review, and purchase requests may be declined depending on regulations, export rules, or supplier terms.

Examples include:

• Advanced electronics or communication equipment

• High-value commercial machinery or industrial-grade parts

• Software requiring licensing, activation keys, or export controls

• Consumer medical devices available without a prescription (screened individually)

• Branded goods with resale restrictions or territorial sales limitations

• Any product subject to manufacturer warranty transfer limitations

Approval is not guaranteed, and documentation may be required.
